Pharma Delegates welcomes both foreign and domestic executives from companies operating directly in Japan’s healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, digital therapeutics, medical professionals, operators and providers, etc.) or providing related services to that ecosystem (market research, data, advertising, publishing, consulting, financing, etc.).
Should a Member be unable to attend a meeting, he/she may delegate his/her right to attend to a colleague from the same company. Additional delegates for the same company may also attend meetings, either by securing additional memberships or by paying an additional guest per meeting. Our membership directory boasts a wide spectrum of CEO’s, regional executives, and senior directors of functions such as R&D, licensing, business development, portfolio strategy, medical affairs, sales, marketing, and digital transformation.
Annual fees
Annual fees are 130,000 JPY and are due each September.
Application
Parties interested in applying for membership should fill out and submit the application form to Pharma Delegates. The Executive Committee reserves the right to refuse membership applications. Applicants will be notified promptly of this decision. Applications are accepted year-round, with annual fees adjusted by 50% for those joining mid-term (from January-May).
Cancelling Your Membership
Members may leave the association at any time, upon written notice addressed to the Executive Committee. If a member is re-assigned mid-term, their existing membership rights can be taken over by a designated colleague. No dues are refunded for partial term membership. Membership is automatically cancelled if dues or guest membership expenses fall into arrears, at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
